In Florida, we have a law that you need to take a class license to POST your real estate license, but before you re-new it for the first time is less than 24 months after you get your driver’s license. For sales people, there is a 45-hour course.This class is for any school in Florida real estate broker to be taken. It can be online or in a classroom.
